He has held senior roles at AGP, Macquarie Capital and Charter Hall, where he developed a reputation for structuring complex investment ventures, forming high-impact partnerships, and delivering long-term value across Asia-Pacific, the United States and Latin America.

David is a seasoned infrastructure leader with deep domain expertise across hyperscale development, data centre strategy and telecommunications. His career spans senior roles at Microsoft, Telstra and HP, including leading APAC regional design for Microsoft’s cloud and AI platforms. David is recognised for unlocking capital deployment at scale, reducing risk, compressing timelines, and enabling resilient, sustainable infrastructure growth. David builds high-accountability teams, aligns technical and commercial priorities, and consistently turns complex digital-infrastructure programs into durable operating assets.

Formerly Head of Data Centre Design Engineering at Amazon Web Services APAC, Benoit has led data center design across 11 countries, delivering large scale infrastructure for cloud and AI workloads. Holding two U.S. patents in cooling technology, his engineering innovation and commitment to sustainability drive Zerra’s work on AI-enabled, high-performance data centre solutions.

John has more than two decades of infrastructure financing experience across Asia-Pacific and Europe. He previously served as a Senior Managing Director at Macquarie Capital, where he led the infrastructure and energy development business for APAC, and as a Managing Director at Stonepeak, where he was responsible for infrastructure investments across the region, including the establishment of Digital Edge, on whose board he served. At Zerra, John brings deep expertise in finance and strategy. He oversees the firm’s investments, financial management, and governance, ensuring strong fiscal discipline and positioning the business for sustainable, long-term growth.

Matthew brings extensive experience in operations, projects and business transformation across data centres and other critical infrastructure environments in APAC and Japan. He was most recently Vice President of Operations Advancement at AirTrunk. At Zerra, Matthew drives operational excellence, risk management and scalable performance across the operating portfolio.

Kevin has delivered major hyperscale and fit-out projects across four continents. With more than two decades of global experience, he leads Zerra’s development of sustainable, integrated power and data centre infrastructure solutions across the Asia-Pacific region.

Mark leads Zerra’s design and engineering strategy across Customer Solutions, Design Delivery, Product Development, and Master Planning.
Formerly Technical Director at Airtrunk, with 17 years of experience spanning mission-critical infrastructure, and large-scale data center development, he brings a blend of strategic leadership and hands-on technical expertise to building the next generation of AI-ready and cloud-scale environments.

Maui brings 18 years of experience in the data centre industry, spanning IT infrastructure, development, project management, and facility and IT operations. He has successful delivered 300+MW of IT capacity in Japan for hyperscalers clients.

Maui leads Zerra’s development activities in Japan.

Hidesato has 18 years of design and construction experience in the Japanese market, with a strong track record of delivering complex data centre projects for hyperscale customers. He has been involved in the successful design and delivery of a 300MW+ campus design and 100MW+ campus design in Tokyo and a 20MW green field DC in the Osaka area.
