Why Inzai
Tokyo is one of the world's largest data centre markets, and Inzai is one of its most established data centre locations, with proven power, connectivity and construction ecosystems.
Zerra’s campus provides large, contiguous capacity in a market where availability zones are supply-constrained and customer demand for AI-ready infrastructure continues to grow.
Planning Pathway
The campus will be delivered in phases, with capacity, design and fit-out planned around customer technical requirements and long-term growth.
Power capacity for the project has been secured, with energisation to be delivered progressively in line with construction staging.
The project is led by Zerra’s Japan team, based in Tokyo, with development, design management and delivery capability drawn from experience delivering more than 300MW of hyperscale capacity in the Japanese market.
