Zerra has acquired a 29-acre site in Navi Mumbai for a proposed hyperscale campus with 240MW of planned IT capacity. The project extends Zerra’s regional development portfolio and long-term presence in India.

The project has received initial development consents and is targeting construction commencement of the enabling campus infrastructure and first building.

The campus is planned for staged delivery, with capacity, design and fit-out aligned to customer technical requirements and long-term growth.

 

The project builds on Zerra’s established development experience via its Mumbai-based delivery team. This project will be the team’s second major large-scale data centre development and delivery project in Mumbai.

Timeline

Power and preconstruction approvals have been received.

Detailed design is complete for the campus infrastructure and initial phases of the project.
